Waiters/Waitresses
Responsibilities:
- To provide the highest possible level of quality service to customers so as to provide a pleasant experience
- To attend and respond to customers’ needs in a prompt yet professional manner
- To take orders and handle cashiering duties
- To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Ensure customer satisfaction and respond and handles feedbacks in an appropriate manner
- Other duties as instructed by Supervisors/Managers.
- Only Singaporeans, PRs and Malaysians need to apply
- Minimum ‘SPM’ for Malaysians
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Possess pleasant personality with great passion and commitment for service excellence
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Cooperative, helpful and takes initiative
- Must be able to work on weekends and on public holidays
- Basic Salary
